Jake moved up from t-ball this year to play machine pitch baseball. Jason is one of the coaches. They both really want to win. So when Jake went 5 for 5 with 3 runs scored and 3 RBIs (including the winning run) at his last game they were both really excited. It’s really fun to watch them out on the field in their matching uniforms. This is when I’m sure Jake will look back and roll his eyes at how utterly embarrassing his mom was (and Jason may be rolling his eyes, too).
